Mada'in Saleh is an important archaeological site located in northwestern Saudi Arabia. Also known as "stone". It is the site of an ancient Nabataean city rich of archaeological sites.

Mada'in Saleh is an important archaeological site in Islamic history and archeology, as could be part of the Kingdom of Tamud (mentioned in the Holy Qur’an ) .

It is the site of an ancient Nabataean city dating back to the Nabataean civilization from the first century BC., and it is a group of rock structures exquisitely carved into the pink rocks.

In 2008,  it is registered as a World Heritage Cultural Site by UNESCO.

It is not only the tombs of the ancient Nabataeans, but it provides a lot for tourists to explore from the imprints of the peoples that succeeded it, not to mention the beautiful oases, museums, an ancient mud village and ruins and ruined tombs.
